Alexandria is also available for functions including, but not limited to:

  • Corporate Meeting Events and Community Functions, and
  • Photo Sessions

Inspections prior to function bookings are encouraged. If you require a venue for a private function, please contact us as we are only too happy to make your event the best it can be.

High Teas

Book our Dining Room for a High Tea to celebrate a wedding or baby shower or just to be spoilt for a while.

Costs per head include service of tea and a selection of sandwiches, slices and cakes.

Champagne and / or wine can be supplied at $5 per glass upon request at the time of booking.

Minimum of 4 people and maximum of 18 people per booking for a maximum of 3 hours (11 am to 5 pm).

Preferably we request at least one week’s notice.

* The booking fee applies to a party of 4 to 6 people. 7 – 18 people do not incur a booking fee.

Light Lunches, Breakfasts and Garden Parties

Our dining room can seat up to 18 people in a formal arrangement for a buffet lunch or breakfast function.

Our gardens are available for garden parties where a selection of finger food can be provided. Various priced menus ($15 to $30 per head) can be catered for depending on the occasion or type of event.

Corporate Meetings, Events and Community Functions

Our dining room in the main house and our beautiful garden are available for corporate meetings and events such as workshops, training and team building days and community functions such as Fundraisers.

Our dining room can seat up to 18 in a formal arrangement or up to 35 people as standing room space (some chairs available – generally for finger food events).

Our back garden and back paddock are ideal for workshops and team building days requiring outdoor space.

Light Catering is also available for morning and afternoon tea, and lunch.

For community functions such as fundraising events, the booking fee is waived as well as corkage fee for any BYO alcohol for the event.

​Options for a finger food menu can be provided at different prices per head.

Morning Tea – $3 per head

A corkage fee of $5 per bottle applies to all BYO alcohol

Photo Sessions

Our gardens and main house are ideal for any photo session for that special moment you would like to capture, whether it be your wedding day or family portraits.

$30 booking fee (payable a week before required date)
$30 per hour
